How we connect
We use each vendor's own published API or app marketplace — no screen-scraping and no password sharing. Where a system offers read-only access, our Agents read from it and write nowhere. Where it offers write access, we scope it to the specific action the Agent needs, such as booking one appointment slot, and everything it does is logged. If a system has no API, we say so on this page rather than implying a connection we cannot build.
