Riley started his career in investment banking, building financial models at Citi and Vista Point Advisors. From there he moved into product, leading strategy at a fast-scaling AI startup and shipping AI products to real users. The path taught him to read a balance sheet and a product roadmap with equal ease.
He earned his business degree from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business on a Johnson Scholarship, the school's top full-ride merit award. He's also a National Merit Commended Scholar, an AP Scholar with Honors, and an Eagle Scout who earned the Bronze Palm — a record built on finishing what he starts.
Today he leads Athena Automation, where he builds the Agents and automation systems that help local businesses run on autopilot. He works at the point where business operations meet technology, and turns it into tools owners actually use.
